Larry Hooper

With deep experience in our industry, our region, our product lines and our market segments, Larry Hooper prides himself and the company on their service level to the customer. Larry began his career in the commercial flooring industry in 1998 with J&J Flooring Group in Philadelphia. After a few years, Larry relocated home to Maryland to team up with Scott Goldman and they were top producers for the company’s MD/DC/North Virginia territory from 2002-2010. A graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College with a B.S. in Business and Finance. He lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife and daughter. He enjoys snow skiing, fishing, golfing and the outdoors.

Scott Goldman

Scott has 20 years experience all aspects of the commercial flooring industry. Before co-founding Division 9 Associates in 2010, he spent 15 years with the commercial carpet manufacturer J&J Flooring Group where he ran territories in Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore and many national accounts. In his current role, Scott partners with architects, designers, facility managers and developers to create the right look, with the right product—within budget. No matter what the market segment, Scott understands the ever-changing needs for corporate space, senior living, multifamily projects and more. Scott lives in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife and children. He is an avid cycling enthusiast and loves to travel.

Gabi Weidemann

Gabi Weidemann

Gabi is excited to rejoin the Division 9 team as the showroom manager. Gabi resides in DC, with her dog, Lola. She graduated from the University of Baltimore, where she studied real estate and economic development. As a student, Gabi worked at Division 9 Associates as the sample coordinator. Before rejoining the Division 9 team, Gabi worked for two years in Bethesda as CBRE’s office coordinator. Gabi brings a customer-service-oriented attitude and passion for the design industry to our team. In her free time she enjoys photography and pairing the perfect wine with her meals.

Colleen Palm

Colleen grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and fell in love with Washington, DC when she was in high school. She graduated from Marymount University in Arlington, VA, where she studied Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. She has called the DC area home for the past 14 years. She has 10 years of experience of sales and operations in the executive office industry. She assists the sales team with quoting pricing to flooring dealers, coordinating samples requests for architects and designers, and social media. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, running, cycling, wine tasting, but mostly spending time her husband, two sons, and their crazy but loving French Bulldog, Biscuit!

Caroline Neulight

Caroline joins the team at Division 9 Associates as controller with over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Office Operations. After graduating from Georgetown University, she didn’t travel far to raise her kids in Alexandria, VA. Now that her children are grown and in college (one of her kids is also studying Accounting!), Caroline is focusing her energy on what she truly enjoys. It might sound a bit funny, but a well-run office and highly organized accounting practices are why she crosses into D.C. every day. Caroline enjoys spinning, hiking, reading, and hanging out with her friends and her Daisy dog, named Harley.

Angela Najarian Collier

Angela is a second generation flooring industry leader with over 30 years of experience.  After working in the medical field for years, she decided to make a change.  At that time she went to work on the installation side of flooring.  With a yearning to understand even more she went back to school to study interior design.  Born and raised in Washington, DC, she has always considered herself a Washingtonian. Angela now resides in Crofton, MD with her husband.  She also has a son and a daughter.

She enjoys cycling, craft beers, reading, fishing, traveling and spending time with her family. However, Angela’s greatest passion is philanthropy.

Chris Mason

Prior to joining Division 9, Chris was a Top Performer at J+J Flooring Group for 9 years. He also comes from an end user background, formally as a Real Estate Project Manger for Allegis Group, the largest staffing company in the world.  This has given him a well rounded understanding of the construction and flooring industry.  Building meaningful relationships with his clients comes natural and they know they can count on him no matter what.  Chris can be described as energetic, passionate and his work ethic is unmatched. He’s a graduate of the University of Baltimore with a degree in Business.
Chris grew up in Anne Arundel county, where he still resides with his wife Ashley and two daughters; Ryan and Parker.  He’s an avid skeet shooter, golfer and car enthusiast.

Rich Ramoutar

Rich has been in the flooring industry for 12 years. He calls Washington D.C. his second home after being here for 17 years. Rich’s first love/ home is Hawaii and he is known around the D.C. industry as Aloha Rich. His signature Aloha & Mahalo in his emails are well known. Rich graduated with is Masters in Communication and Cultural Diversity from Brigham Young University.  He has worked in Showroom Management, Events, Brand Management and Account Development in his years within the industry. He also has a background in Hospitality and Diversity in Academia. He loves spending time at the beach when he makes it back to Hawaii, travelling and cooking (his Hawaiian cuisine is a specialty). Rich brings a wealth of experience, skills, creativity and a contagious Aloha Spirit with him.
