Recipe for Chipotle and Rosemary Roasted Nuts!

This holiday season we are sending out bags of chipotle and rosemary roasted nuts with all of our sample requests. Please see the recipe below, and Happy Holidays from Division 9 Associates!

Chipotle and Rosemary Roasted Nuts
Total Time:  40 minutes
Cook:  25 minutes
Yield:  8 to 10 servings

Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil
3 cups whole roasted unsalted cashews (14 ounces)
2 cups whole walnut halves (7 ounces)
2 cups whole pecan halves (7 ounces)
1/2 cup whole almonds (3 ounces)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 teaspoons ground chipotle powder
4 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves, divided
Kosher salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Brush a sheet pan generously with vegetable oil. Combine the cashews, walnuts, pecans, almonds, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, the maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice and chipotle powder on the sheet pan. Toss to coat the nuts evenly. Add 2 tablespoons of the rosemary and 2 teaspoons of salt and toss again.

Spread the nuts into one layer. Roast the nuts for 25 minutes, stirring twice with a large metal spatula, until the nuts are glazed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with 2 more teaspoons of salt and the remaining 2 tablespoons of rosemary.

Toss well and set aside at room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking as they cool. Taste for seasoning. Serve warm or cool completely and store in airtight containers at room temperature.

Division 9 Associates hosted a happy hour during NeoCon East at Pratt Street Ale House in conjunction with Masland Contract, Parterre Flooring Systems, and Zandur.  We had a great turnout, and enjoyed seeing everyone there!

Division 9 Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of our new sales rep — James Katz.  James brings with him a year and a half of work experience with a local flooring dealer, and he is excited to be the newest member of the Division 9 Associates sales team!

Division 9 Associates announces the Elevate rug collection from Masland Contract!

The Elevate rug collection from Masland Contract features 8 beautiful styles in 4 different colors.  Standard rug sizes are 5×8, 8×11, and 10×14.  Custom colors and sizes are also available.  For more information or for samples, please contact your sales rep.

Division 9 Associates is pleased to announce Vius recycled rubber!  Available in both rolls and tiles, this recycled rubber product is ideal for fitness center applications.  The product line includes 25 different colors, as well as numerous thicknesses.  Please contact your sales rep for samples or for more information.

Division 9 Associates is pleased to announce Articulate, the newest product from Masland’s Speak Collection!  This product is designed to coordinate with the other 5 products in the Speak Collection.  It installs in the high 20’s, and features several quick ship colors.   Please contact your sales rep for samples or more information.  

Division 9 Associates announces Feedback from Masland Contract!

Masland Contract introduces Feedback, the newest style in the Speak Collection!  It coordinates with all other products within the Speak Collection (Resonate, Vibrato, Sound Off, and Echo).  This beautiful tile product installs in the mid to high 20’s.  Please contact your sales rep for samples or for more information.

Zandur re-launches Sustain cork rubber flooring with vibrant new color line!
